Privacy notice

Clear handling of account and advertising data.

This operational privacy notice explains the information AdSpend Lens expects to process during the trial and early commercial service. It should be reviewed by a UK privacy adviser before broad public launch.

Information the service processes

AdSpend Lens processes customer account details such as name, business name, email address, subscription status and security logs. When a customer connects Meta Ads or Google Ads, the service also processes the advertising account structure, performance figures, creative information, connection status and synchronisation history that the customer has authorised.

Why the information is used

The information is used to provide the paid reporting service, keep customer workspaces separate, explain advertising performance, generate evidence-based questions, maintain subscriptions, prevent misuse and diagnose failed imports. Advertising-platform data is not sold to advertisers or used to change the customer's campaigns.

Connected-platform credentials

OAuth access tokens are stored server-side in encrypted form. They are used only to retrieve the reporting data permitted by the customer. AdSpend Lens does not ask for the customer's Meta or Google password and is designed around read-only advertising permissions.

Retention and deletion

Reporting snapshots are retained while needed to provide the service and the history included in the customer's plan. Customers can disconnect a provider and request deletion of their workspace data. See the data-deletion page for the current request process.

Service providers and international transfers

The service may use infrastructure, payment, email and advertising-platform providers needed to operate the product. Before public launch, the final notice must name the actual processors, their locations, safeguards and retention arrangements.

Contact

Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to privacy@adspendlens.com. Identity and account ownership may need to be checked before information is disclosed or deleted.
